In addition, your personal data mentioned above can be transferred to the Company's physical archives and information systems, and can be kept both digitally and physically.

3. To Whom and for What Purposes Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data collected through your visit to our website can be transferred to our indirect/direct domestic/foreign subsidiaries or affiliates, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law in order to fulfill the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice.
• For the purpose of conducting financial and accounting affairs to relevant financial institutions, independent audit companies, and certified public accountants,
• For the purpose of conducting communication activities related to Company campaigns and projects to the relevant operator company,
• In the context of ensuring brand awareness and conducting marketing activities, to domestic/foreign companies, advertising and promotion companies, real estate agencies,
• For the purpose of creating and tracking cargo shipments to the cargo company,
• For the purpose of obtaining electricity, water, and natural gas after the sale of real estate to the relevant electricity, water, and natural gas distribution companies,
• For the purpose of conducting processes related to Company projects, to relevant land registry directorates, municipalities, Emlak Konut GYO,
• For the purpose of ensuring the physical space security of the Company, including the relevant law enforcement agencies and courts upon request, and

4. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected by the Company through the following means: information provided in writing by you, information obtained from agency firms within the scope of projects carried out through agency firms, information obtained from you by filling out customer information forms on the Company's website, applications and software used in Company activities, and security cameras located in the physical space of the Company.
